I contacted the seller to advise on how to return the product for a refund or a replacement and I'm still waiting for reply. Meanwhile, I ordered the LG original filter and paid for fast delivery.
Members of my family purchased several items through Amazon.com, but for this we are going to be wary scrupuously. The farce. I wish there was a score of zero stars.
