Reviews for Streamlight 51018 Twin-Task 3C 9-Inch UV Flashlight, Titanium (Tools & Home Improvement) Fairly good light however too bulky and the Xenon bulb is inferior to the brand new K2 L.E.D.'s in the market, I offered mine and purchased an Element K2 at Sams Club a 2 pack for $24.95 and acquired a separate UV light and I am much happier, the four L.E.D UV I bought is brighter than the 3C UV streamlight and batteries are more popular for rechargeables AAA.

Specimens resolve relatively effectively at the wavelength this unit emits. I've observed that different substances (food, bodily fluid) doesn't fluoresce as say, a tube would. But if you may like a combination UV/standard flashlight for indoor or outside close-quarter use, this will get the job performed.
